Direct experience in commercial land development is required

Required

PE, You must know Civil 3D inside and out. We are looking for a 'power user' who can build surfaces, pipe network, and alignments efficiently without the need for additional technical training
Lead civil site projects from start to finish, including initial due diligence, entitlement, design development and construction administration
Develop comprehensive site designs, including intricate grading plans and utility layouts (water, sanitary, sewer, and storm drainage)
Direct experience in commercial land development is required
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (surfaces, alignments, pipe networks)
Proven experience leading commercial land development projects
Strong background in site grading, utilities, and construction administration
