Responsibilities
Stay informed on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitor activity to provide knowledgeable recommendations and stay ahead of the curve
Confidently guide customers through the sales process—negotiating, closing deals, and ensuring profitability while delivering top-tier service
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term customer loyalty
Actively network and prospect within the community to identify new opportunities and expand the client base
Collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth, successful project from sale to completion
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills—you know how to connect with people and earn their trust
A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel locally as needed to meet with clients or attend job sites
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Comfortable using technology and familiar with CRM systems or other sales tools to manage leads and track progress
Preferred
An associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
Ideally, 3 years of sales experience—especially in a customer-facing or consultative role
