Regional Sales Manager - Packaging Equipment
Argus Technical Services is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Packaging Equipment in the Northeast U.S. This field-based role involves managing a territory, growing existing accounts, and developing new business with manufacturers in need of automated packaging solutions.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a regional territory with both existing customers and new prospects
Sell capital equipment with longer sales cycles and technical decision-makers
Work closely with internal engineering, applications, and operations teams
Travel regularly to customer sites and industry events
Own your pipeline, forecasts, and annual sales targets
Qualification
Required
Outside sales experience selling industrial or packaging equipment
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Comfortable selling technically complex products into manufacturing
Strong relationship-building skills with operations, engineering, and leadership teams
Self-motivated, organized, and confident working remotely with minimal oversight
5+ years of B2B outside sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Background selling capital equipment
Willingness to travel - 50% throughout the territory
Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value deals
