Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of utility maintenance engineers and technicians
Manage operation and maintenance of industrial utility equipment, including:
Compressed air systems
VOC exhaust and air pollution control equipment
Wastewater treatment systems and related processes
Perform equipment inspections and establish maintenance standards and preventive maintenance plans
Troubleshoot utility equipment failures and abnormal operating conditions to ensure high equipment availability
Support daily operation, commissioning, and performance optimization of utility systems
Develop and implement technical improvements and reliability enhancements for utility equipment
Support introduction of new utility technologies and equipment upgrades
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Maintain equipment documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records
Collaborate with production, EHS, and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial utilities, facilities, or plant engineering
Hands-on experience with at least two of the following systems: Compressed air systems, VOC exhaust or air pollution control systems, Wastewater treatment systems
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience with industrial equipment
Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, P&IDs, and technical documentation
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment
Preferred
Experience leading or coordinating engineers and technicians
Knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment processes
Familiarity with environmental control equipment and emission treatment systems
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is preferred but not a must
Experience in battery, chemical, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing facilities
Experience with CMMS or maintenance management systems
