Construction
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
Organize and inspect equipment to ensure it’s ready for deployment
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient yard environment
Operate shovels, rakes, and power tools to keep the yard functional
Transport equipment and materials to job sites or vendors as needed
Support digging, lifting, and other labor-intensive tasks under supervision
Follow all Alpha Inc. safety protocols and participate in safety meetings
Assist in minor repairs and basic upkeep of yard equipment
Maintain hazard-free zones through routine inspections and cleanup
Qualification
Required
Valid Class 4 Driver's License with clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Reliable work ethic and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Forklift Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
