They are seeking a reliable, team-oriented General Laborer to support yard operations by managing equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment

Organize and inspect equipment to ensure it’s ready for deployment

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient yard environment

Operate shovels, rakes, and power tools to keep the yard functional

Transport equipment and materials to job sites or vendors as needed

Support digging, lifting, and other labor-intensive tasks under supervision

Follow all Alpha Inc. safety protocols and participate in safety meetings

Assist in minor repairs and basic upkeep of yard equipment

Maintain hazard-free zones through routine inspections and cleanup
