Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service
Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Identify customer requirements and work with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet their needs
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the customer portfolio
Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key customers promptly and effectively
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer management
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and internal teams
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to secure long-term partnerships
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software
Experience with strategic account planning and management
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
