The Accounting Manager will oversee the month-end close process, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and assist with monthly financial reporting, while partnering with various teams to support decision-making and drive financial discipline.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Supervise daily accounting transactions, including A/P, A/R, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and intercompany activity
Conduct detailed monthly balance sheet reviews to ensure account accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Analyze fluctuations and provide variance explanations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Partner with operations, project accounting, and FP&A teams to align financial processes with business initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity environment
Preferred
Big 4/public accounting experience a plus
CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
