Financial Services Academy - Industry Talent Association Project Manager
The Indiana Bankers Association is dedicated to supporting Indiana banks through advocacy and professional education. They are seeking a Project Manager for the Financial Services Academy to coordinate the Industry Talent Associations, manage community practice meetings, and ensure alignment across apprenticeship programs.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead monthly ITA Community of Practice (COP) meetings, as well as any additional meetings as needed
Maintain meeting schedules and manage logistics including room setup, ordering food and supplies, developing agendas, drafting presentation materials and taking minutes, and coordinating guest speakers and partners
Support the coordination of INCAP ITA strategy by identifying cross ITA priorities and ensuring consistent practices across apprenticeship programs including assisting ITA leads in drafting ITA polices & procedures, MOUs/agreements, checklists, templates, and other related materials
Update ITA leads on apprenticeship related initiatives, policy developments, funding opportunities, and other emerging opportunities or challenges
Perform research and data analysis for ITAs including workforce trends, apprenticeship outcomes, and educational policy
Coordinate with the Connector COP to ensure open and effective communication between entities
Coordinate and communicate with Fairbanks Foundation staff on relevant items including meeting agenda topics and participation in COP meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and organizations
Demonstrated facilitation and meeting management skills including agenda development and presentation preparation
Effective written communication skills including experience drafting policies, procedures, or other formal documents
Ability to translate research data into clear insights and recommendations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects independently with excellent attention to detail in a timely manner
Two years of demonstrated experience in project management or program coordination
Experience facilitating meetings or training sessions
Two years of experience conducting data analysis and research
Minimum of an Associate degree in Business, Education, or related field
Ability to commute to Indianapolis, IN 46240
Ability to relocate to Indianapolis, IN 46240 before starting work
Preferred
Knowledge of apprenticeship systems, workforce development, education policy, or related fields (strongly preferred)
