They are seeking an Author Scout who will discover and curate talented indie writers with engaged audiences, guiding them through the publication process on their platform.

Responsibilities
Scout writers with strong, engaged audiences
Evaluate writing quality, voice, and long-term potential
Build genuine, human conversations with authors
Guide them from first contact to publication on Written
Help shape a strong, distinctive creator lineup
Bring in 10–15 new publications per month (full books, serial chapters, short works — Written supports flexible formats)
Maintain 10–20 active author conversations
Qualification
Required
Experience with authors, content, or creator communities
Familiarity with platforms like Wattpad, KDP, Inkitt, Radish, Substack, AO3
Strong editorial judgment and taste
Confident, natural communication style
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Fluent written English
