Clinical Sales Manager
Accordance Search Group is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to partner with key stakeholders to achieve revenue growth goals and manage clinical specialists. The role focuses on developing the clinical team, improving productivity, and ensuring effective execution of sales and service efforts.
Responsibilities
Acts as the clinical operational lead for the region
Partners closely with the Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and sales leadership
Ensures accounts, cases, coverage, and resources are properly planned and executed
Not a quota-carrying or selling role; functions more as an account readiness and execution leader
Supports clinical specialists through coaching, field rides, feedback, and development planning
Supports hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical talent and future bench candidates
Oversees training and development across implant support, service delivery, product knowledge, and competitive knowledge
Supports the CRM organization and aligns closely with regional and area-level leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong cardiac/CRM clinical background is required
Must be capable of stepping into case coverage when needed
Acts as the clinical operational lead for the region
Partners closely with the Regional Sales Director, Territory Managers, and sales leadership
Ensures accounts, cases, coverage, and resources are properly planned and executed
Supports clinical specialists through coaching, field rides, feedback, and development planning
Supports hiring, onboarding, and development of clinical talent and future bench candidates
Oversees training and development across implant support, service delivery, product knowledge, and competitive knowledge
Supports the CRM organization and aligns closely with regional and area-level leadership
Clinically strong and highly credible in front of both sales and clinical teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Organized, decisive, and able to manage competing priorities
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without authority
Comfortable traveling extensively and jumping into the field as needed
Preferred
Formal people management experience is preferred but not required
High-performing individual contributor clinical specialist background with strong leadership presence and credibility may be considered
