Responsibilities
Trash pickup around grounds and dumpsters; service dog waste stations
Sweep, mop, and scrub stairwells (scheduled routine work)
Drive company truck and trailer (trailer-pulling experience required)
Operate equipment: mower, weed eater, blower, chainsaw
Retention pond cutbacks and bush/brush clearing
Complete small repair jobs (gates, speed bumps, assembly, etc.)
Communicate clearly with management and crew regarding completed work
Qualification
Required
Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and overtime/weekends as needed
Drive company truck and trailer (trailer-pulling experience required)
Operate equipment: mower, weed eater, blower, chainsaw

Complete small repair jobs (gates, speed bumps, assembly, etc.)
Communicate clearly with management and crew regarding completed work
Driving a Company vehicle with trailer is required
Must have valid drivers license
