Responsibilities

Handle employees of clients that have failed a drug/alcohol test or received a DUI and need to get enrolled in a Return to Duty Program
Connect clients with a Substance Abuse Professional
Deal with warm leads only; no cold calling
Explain services and related costs to clients
Send contracts for clients to sign agreeing to go through treatment
Process payments for treatment and handle intake to build electronic files
Prepare to deal with objections during sales conversations

Required

Ability to handle warm leads only; no cold calling
Experience in a highly administrative role in a compliance-driven environment
Comfortable asking for the sale and dealing with objections
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Set work schedule availability: Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST/8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST
Remote work from specified states: MD, WV, NC, SC, FL, AL, LA, MS, and TX
Responsible for internet connection (hard-wired, at least 400 MBPS)
Willingness to undergo training for the first two weeks onboard
