Executive Assistant
Southwest Health System, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, managing complex calendars, and facilitating communication across departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Contributing to strategic projects
Assisting in event planning
Leveraging cutting-edge technology, including AI tools, to enhance meeting documentation and workflow efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
Basic computer knowledge
Understanding initiatives that drive operational efficiency service expansion and revenue growth
Understanding hospital workflows departmental operation staffing models and resource allocations
Knowledge of Lean methodology quality improvement frameworks and risk management practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff leadership and stakeholders
Ability to lead and inspire teams mentor staff and foster a positive work culture
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and respond flexibly to evolving operational needs
Strong communication skills
Possess a high degree of integrity and sound judgment
Expert in juggling complex multi-layered schedules and priorities for multiple executives
Superior written and verbal skills acting as a professional liaison
Meticulous attention to detail managing deadlines tracking projects and maintaining organized systems
Ability to make sound timely decisions and find creative solutions
Ability to provide a strong foundation in business operations and project management
Understanding of Southwest Health System goals industry basic financial concepts and how departments function
Knowledge of efficient processes for information flow task management and creating systems
Advanced proficiency in scheduling software presentation tools virtual meeting platforms and project management software
Preferred
Prefer a four-year degree in a business management or healthcare administration related field of study
Prefer certification related to Executive Assistant
