Responsibilities
Assisting Project Managers to gather, prepare, review and process various project documents - permits, submittals, contracts, budget information, purchase orders, buy-outs, schedules
Processing change proposal takeoff and entry, including time and material changes
Preparing Operations & Maintenance manuals for clients at closeout
Tracking all project documents, materials and processing the data entry of information for the projects assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel and an understanding of construction project cycles
Associates/Bachelor's degree or related construction/electrical field experience
Preferred
AutoCAD and Bluebeam knowledge is a plus
