Ability to develop and optimize Customer Service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and improve overall service quality
Exceptional leadership and team management skills to lead diverse teams effectively
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Experience in a senior leadership role within a similar operational environment is highly beneficial
