Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to job specifications
Monitor machine performance and product quality during production runs
Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical adjustments
Load raw materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently
Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
Complete production logs, quality documentation, and downtime reports
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
Reliable and detail-oriented
Experience operating slitter machines is a strong plus but not required
Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to job specifications
