Responsibilities

Review 2-3 professional tasks per day (each takes 1-3 hours depending on complexity and industry)
Use a detailed grading rubric to identify what's missing, unclear, or incorrect in every task submission
Provide specific, actionable feedback so experts can improve their submissions
Follow a checklist line-by-line to ensure nothing gets missed
Work across various industries, learning quickly about unfamiliar fields
Example: A task requests to 'Create a marketing presentation for...' but doesn't have information on what product or who should be in it. The reviewer would flag these gaps according to the rubric and send it back to the professional who submitted the task with specific feedback

Required

Local to Sarasota, FL, and within reasonable driving distance of the area
Available for onsite work at our home office in Lakewood Ranch (must work in-person on a specific client-approved computer)
Exceptional writing skills - perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation are mandatory
Outstanding attention to detail - catches typos, inconsistencies, and gaps that others miss
Ability to focus for extended periods of time doing deep analytical work without distractions
Very fast learner who grasps concepts quickly and is comfortable working across unfamiliar industries
Works well independently (training and support provided at start)
Trustworthy, high-energy individual with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong computer skills
Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must NOT use AI for this work - comfortable doing deep thinking on their own
