Sales Development Representative
Townsquare Interactive is on a mission to help small and medium-sized businesses grow and succeed. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for interested business owners, qualifying leads and connecting them with Account Executives to close deals.

Responsibilities
Call inbound leads who have expressed interest in our marketing solutions
Master proven talk tracks to guide effective prospect conversations
Qualify inbound leads who have requested more information about our services
Clearly explain how Townsquare Interactive’s services can help them grow
Execute live transfers to Account Executives for scheduled product demos
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
Collaborate with your Sales Manager to set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Qualification
Required
A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging business owners
Competitiveness and resilience to hit activity and performance goals
A desire to earn uncapped commissions and grow your career
Preferred
A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
