Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation workflows
Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides
Ensure timely delivery of automation solutions in line with project deadlines
Continuously learn and apply best practices in RPA development and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management or similar fields of studies
Experience in RPA development or related low code development roles
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding of process mapping and business process analysis
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop, Power Apps, PowerBI)
Strong time management and organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to meeting deadlines
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs independently
Preferred
Microsoft certifications are a plus
Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or VBA) are a plus
