Stakeholder Influence: Utilize a personal "Rolodex" of Contracting Officers and Technical End-Users to secure high-value meetings and influence procurement strategies in favor of our 8(a)/HUBZone/WOSB status
Offer Letter Generation: Facilitate the effective transition from opportunity identification to the issuance of SBA Offer Letters, ensuring CE is the "firm of choice" for specialized HVAC and Electrical requirements
Prime Teaming: Connect CE to Large Prime contractors who require a technically superior 8(a)/WOSB/HubZone partner to meet mandatory SDB subcontracting goals
