Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with business goals
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through validation processes
Partner with IT and analytics teams to integrate data solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation
Proficiency with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R)
Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
Strong understanding of data analysis principles and statistical techniques
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field
Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate)
Experience with MS Fabric or similar modern data platforms
Strong technical writing and presentation skills
Familiarity with construction or industrial environments
