Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a SAP S/4HANA CFA Solution Architect to lead the overall SAP Central Finance architecture aligned with enterprise finance transformation goals. Responsibilities

Lead the overall SAP Central Finance solution design aligned with enterprise finance transformation strategy

Define architecture for data replication, system integration, and document posting through SLT, MDG, AIF, and mapping tools

Establish and govern mapping logic for cost centers, GL, profit centers, customers, vendors, and other financial objects

Ensure harmonization of master data, finance processes, and reporting structures across source systems

Oversee end to end delivery of Central Finance solutions including scope, design, build, test, deployment, and cutover

Drive fit gap analysis, blueprinting workshops, and working sessions with key business stakeholders

Provide deep expertise on replication of FI/CO documents, CO-PA, WBS, asset accounting, open item management, and reconciliation reporting

Lead solution integration across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP) and non SAP ERPs

Architect and validate SLT configurations, source-to-target mappings, and data replication frameworks

Govern AIF error-handling design, validation logic, and monitoring structures

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of replicated transactional data

Define architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices for all Central Finance deployments

Review functional and technical design documents to ensure architectural consistency

Guide development teams and resolve complex solution issues

Partner with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Shared Services, and Business Process Owners to understand requirements

Work closely with Integration, MDG, Development, Security, and Basis teams

Provide executive-ready solution options, impacts, and recommendations

Lead cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities for CFIN

Recommend improvements to performance, error handling, and integration reliability

Stay current with SAP innovations such as SAP Group Reporting, RISE/Motion to S/4, and SAP BTP extensibility

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to lead cross-functional design teams

Strong analytical problem-solving abilities

Ability to mentor junior consultants and guide offshore/onshore teams

Required

Lead overall SAP Central Finance architecture aligned with enterprise finance transformation goals

Architect SLT-based real-time replication, mapping frameworks, and AIF error-handling structures

Define master data and financial object harmonization frameworks (GL, Cost Center, PC, Customer/Vendor)

12+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Central Finance

Strong hands-on experience in SLT configuration & data replication

Strong hands-on experience in AIF frameworks

Strong hands-on experience in Central Finance document processing

Strong hands-on experience in MDG for finance objects

Exposure to multi-ERP landscapes (SAP ECC, S/4, Oracle, JDE, etc.)

Experience in at least one full lifecycle Central Finance implementation

Strong understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Controlling, Consolidation, Group Reporting)
