Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships

This individual will be expected to enter sales orders accurately and efficiently, verify order status, answer phones, and enter any other relevant data

This individual will need to provide accurate information regarding production application, pricing, availability of products, and other important information

This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting common issues regarding the products and addressing order questions and concerns quickly and effectively

This individual will be responsible for monitoring a shared inbox that contains customer orders and inquiries

This individual will also be responsible for completing any other duties assigned by their supervisor/management professionally, and accurately
