Responsibilities

Manage multiple HR projects from initiation through completion

Define scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans

Develop project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and status reports

Identify and proactively resolve risks, dependencies, and roadblocks

Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and leadership

Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and executive updates

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate changes effectively

Develop communication and training plans to support successful adoption

Maintain project documentation including charters, timelines, risk logs, and lessons learned

Track and report on milestones, progress, budget, and overall project outcomes
