Responsibilities
Provide on-site and online product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients
Offer exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales and development teams
Train new clinics on using NUSHU
Support clinical trials
Setup a customer engagement program
Qualification
Required
Customer support experience
Experience in physical therapy
Willing to travel for work 20%
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience building a customer community
Preferred
Experience with clinical trials is a plus
Speaking Spanish is a plus
