Responsibilities
Prepare Financial Statements monthly and quarterly
Complete Bank Reconciliations weekly & monthly
Assist in the Tax Return process
Post Recurring Journal Entries monthly
Assemble Bank Draws and Reserve Requests to submit to lenders monthly
Manage Cash of each entity within assigned portfolio daily
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines
Strong understanding and comfort with Microsoft Excel
Must be able to handle multiple projects and prioritize time effectively
Ability to communicate professionally
