Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator will manage and optimize daily scheduling operations for security personnel, ensuring all assignments are properly staffed and shifts are maintained accurately.

Security & Investigations

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and update schedules for security personnel across multiple job sites and events
Coordinate with management and HR to meet staffing needs and ensure proper coverage
Communicate schedule changes promptly to team members and clients
Track attendance, shift swaps, and time-off requests
Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure new hires are integrated into the scheduling system
Provide administrative support to management regarding staffing and scheduling reports
Work closely with operations and event teams to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts

Required
