Responsibilities
Representing client brands during live, in-store marketing campaigns
Engaging customers face-to-face to explain products, offers, and brand messaging
Supporting customer sign-ups and completed sales through direct interaction
Assisting with campaign setup, presentation, and daily execution
Answering questions and adapting messaging based on customer needs
Collecting feedback and reporting insights to the team lead
Maintaining a professional, energetic presence aligned with brand standards
Qualification
Required
Marketing experience you cannot get behind a screen
Confident communicating
Enjoy fast-paced environments
Hands-on marketing experience that builds practical, transferable skills from day one
Comfortable speaking to new people and starting conversations
Prefer active, on-site work over desk-based roles
Pick things up quickly and respond well to coaching
Value structure, clear expectations, and performance feedback
Preferred
Beneficial experience includes customer-facing roles, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or leadership roles in academic or team environments
