Responsibilities
As Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property
You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments
A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Reliable transportation
Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
Ownership of a smartphone device
