Developing and improving manufacturing workflows
Overseeing the implementation of engineering solutions
Optimizing machining processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product design compatibility with manufacturing capabilities
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards related to the production of medical devices
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and production optimization
Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering methods and principles
Hands-on experience and technical proficiency in Machining processes
Proven ability to develop and apply mechanical and production engineering capabilities
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in the medical device industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields is required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Previous experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is preferred
