Responsibilities

Own territory strategy, deepen relationships with specifiers and key accounts, and convert pipeline into predictable revenue across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects
Build and manage a portfolio of A&D trade accounts, prioritizing top design firms and specifiers, hospitality and purchasing groups, and high-potential projects
Prospect, qualify, and advance projects from concept to post-sale
Drive revenue and margin growth through prospecting, qualifying, and advancing projects
Manage the design trade program, including tiering, terms, pricing, quotes, approvals, and the full project lifecycle
Develop and execute territory strategy, building relationships and hosting client visits, walk-throughs, CEUs, and line reviews

Required

5+ years in home, lighting, furniture, textiles, or fixtures - with A&D and contract experience
Proven territory management and high-value project-based selling experience
Excellent presentation skills (line reviews, CEUs, finish decks); experience selling contract and custom furniture
Strong NYC trade network (designers, architects, purchasers, developers, boutique retail)
Collaborative, hands-on operator who partners well with CS/Ops/Logistics and other internal stakeholders
Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree
