The role involves providing high-level administrative and operational support across various tasks including ticket workflows, meeting coordination, and financial processing.

Responsibilities
Provide standardized administrative support across assigned centralized support tickets using internal firm systems, tools, and software platforms
Support multiple administrative teams, office locations, and national / regional market teams as workload demands
Coordinate and support large-scale in-office meetings and conferences, including scheduling with senior leadership, calendar management, room reservations, catering coordination, and meeting setup logistics
Assist Office Administrator with vendor invoice coding, approvals, and accurate processing of client invoices and office-related expenses, including licenses and memberships as needed
Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes in coordination with Office Administration
Provide expense reporting support for leadership and operational teams
Collaborate with management to set up new clients, maintain client records, manage billing data, and support ad hoc administrative requests
Produce professional correspondence and materials including letters, memoranda, presentations, reports, and confidential communications
Qualification
Required
Strong enterprise administrative experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting executive stakeholders
