Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and compliance, to support organizational goals
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with company initiatives
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards, ensuring best practices are followed
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Implement and optimize financial systems and processes, including ERP solutions such as SAP or NetSuite
Qualification
Required
Expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in developing strategic financial goals
Strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements and managing financial reporting processes
Extensive experience in corporate finance or a similar senior management role
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred
Preferred
Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent qualification
Experience with acquisition integration and revenue recognition, including ASC-742 standards
