Responsibilities
Acting as a senior technical leader on large-scale infrastructure & commercial projects
Providing design oversight, QA/QC, and engineering judgment across multiple project teams
Mentoring and guiding engineers while helping elevate electrical standards firm-wide
Collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and other discipline leaders
Playing a key role in project strategy, delivery, and growth
Qualification
Required
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Strong background in electrical engineering within AEC
Experience leading or overseeing complex projects (infrastructure, commercial, or mixed-use)
Comfortable in a client-facing, leadership-oriented role
Someone who enjoys building teams and influencing outcomes, not just executing tasks
