National Account Manager-Training Program
TASC is a global company specializing in growing, packaging, and selling flower bulbs. They are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to support and eventually lead relationships with major retailers, helping to manage pricing, product launches, and customer relationships while learning directly from the company's founder.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with existing buyers
Understand what makes each customer unique
Create and present tailored product programs — both online and in-store
Help manage pricing, planning, and new product launches
Make sure our products are available in the right stores, at the right time
Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth execution
Track how things are going during the season, and make improvements
Analyze and manage the financial side of the customer relationship
Communicate clearly within the company
Bring in new business — especially with grocery and discount chains
Qualification
Required
