Independently design, code, test, and maintain software modules, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Translate business requirements into technical tasks and provide input on design decisions
Serve as escalation point for complex troubleshooting and customer support issues
Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests; participate actively in peer code reviews
Ensure adherence to coding standards and contribute to improving team practices
Assist with deployment, environment setup, and performance tuning of applications on IIS and SQL Server
Provide informal technical guidance to junior team members

Qualification
Required
