Develop, document, own and execute processes that fit the context and purpose
Clear, audience-aware communication, including effective note-taking and follow-up tracking
Follow up across parties relentlessly – but respectfully and thoughtfully –as needed
Business-side understanding of data structures and modern tools for aggregation and synthesis
Baseline technical data/AI understanding to serve as a key liaison to technical teams
Assess and articulate opportunities to combine data sources for richer insights
Strong skills distilling complex information into clear, succinct messages for various audiences
Baseline operating and economic context to inform narrative formation and intentionality of language
Independently iterate with design, L&C and other applicable teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, or management consulting
Strong analytical skills and mindset; distills trends from complex datasets
Consistent produces high-quality work product on tight timelines
Resourcefulness and curiosity to drive novel analyses and continuous process improvement
Baseline context for investing (process, terminology, metrics, etc.)
Collaboration and communication skills; coordinates, collaborates, and persuades parties across the organization, functions, and seniority levels
Adaptable individual with a 'can do' attitude to drive results in an evolving landscape
Excellent organizational skills
Adaptable and solutions-oriented; comfort operating in an evolving business landscape
