Responsibilities
Handle all facets of personal injury cases, including drafting and reviewing motions, conducting depositions, engaging in discovery processes, and representing clients in court
Prepare for and execute trials, communicate with all parties involved, and manage casework with precision to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Personal Injury Law and knowledge of relevant legal principles and statutes
Proficiency in drafting, analyzing, and filing Motions
Experience navigating legal procedures in Courts, including familiarity with state and local court systems
Demonstrated ability to conduct Depositions and lead Proceedings
Strong skills in preparing and managing Trials, including argumentation and client representation
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to the New York State Bar
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal setting
Preferred
Prior experience in personal injury law is highly preferred
