Responsibilities
Help translate ideas into buildable reality from early design through construction documentation
Coordinate with consultants and engage with project managers
Contribute to a culture where questions are encouraged and mentorship is part of the daily rhythm
Qualification
Required
Holds a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Brings 4+ years of professional experience in North American or comparable construction markets
Has experience with large-scale, complex, new construction projects
Is proficient in Revit and comfortable producing and organizing drawing sets
Has taken at least one project through the full design and documentation process
Understands how buildings go together — and is genuinely interested in building technology, construction methods, and sustainability
Can review, interpret, and coordinate consultant drawings
Has a working knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements
Manages time well, meets deadlines, and keeps calm when schedules tighten
Communicates clearly — in drawings, in writing, and across the table
Works well in teams, takes direction constructively, and adjusts course when needed
Enjoys being in the studio, collaborating in real time with colleagues
Preferred
Experience with Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or V-Ray
Familiarity with construction administration: RFIs, CCDs, site visits, punch lists
Progress toward architectural licensure
