Responsibilities
Provides service and support for applications and systems under the direction of the Applications Support Supervisor
Works directly with internal customers as well as the business technology team
Completes assigned tasks to the satisfaction of the Applications Support Supervisor
Assists with tasks within the Business Technology department
Demonstrates attention to detail, customer service skills, and effective oral and written communication
Qualification
Required
Some education completed in pursuit of a Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer preferred
15% travel required
Ability to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday
