Responsibilities
Support the preparation, review, and distribution of investor reporting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and periodic updates
Coordinate and manage due diligence requests (DDQs, RFPs, and follow-up inquiries) in partnership with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams
Maintain investor records, reporting archives, and activity tracking within CRM and internal systems
Serve as a key internal point of coordination for investor-related information to ensure accuracy and consistency across materials
Assist with investor meeting preparation, materials, and logistics, including annual meetings and firm-hosted events
Help enhance IR operational processes by improving documentation, workflows, and quality controls
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in investor relations operations, client service, fund operations, or institutional investment support
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written communication skills and comfort working with data and reporting
Professional, collaborative demeanor with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Familiarity with institutional investment strategies or alternative assets is a plus, but not required
