PAI Research Analyst
CHEManager International is involved in providing support to the U.S. Central Command's Vendor Threat Mitigation Support Cell. They are seeking a PAI Research Analyst responsible for researching, analyzing, and reporting on information from open-source data to ensure compliance with U.S. forces' requirements.
Responsibilities
Information collection: Develop strategies and methodologies for collecting PAI, and use various online sources like social media, news outlets, and public records
Analysis: Analyze PAI to identify trends and intelligence gaps concerning political, military, economic, social, and other issues
Product development: Produce PAI intelligence products, such as written reports and threat assessments, in response to specific intelligence requirements
Tool development: Develop, acquire, evaluate, and implement PAI collection tools and methodologies
Collaboration: Collaborate with other government agencies, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to share information and techniques
Strategic support: Provide analytical support for operational and strategic planning, exercises, and mission objectives
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies regarding open-source data collection and use
Specialized skills: Provide written and verbal translation and possess subject matter expertise in specific geographic areas, technologies, or threat types
Qualification
Required
US citizen
Active Secret Clearance with at least one year remaining before reinvestigation requirement
Proficient in using online unclassified sources to conduct PAI research and reporting
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in any field of study
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Preferred
Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Area Studies, Economics
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Threat Finance, Banking Compliance
Former 1N, 35F, 14NX, or other service equivalent
