Shift Lead Corporate Aircraft Technician

Responsibilities

Lead and support maintenance technicians during assigned shift to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
Perform and oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company and customer aircraft
Coordinate with the DOM and ADOM to manage workflow, priorities, and shift handoffs
Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company and FAA requirements
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and training to junior mechanics and apprentices
Assist with parts coordination, tool control, and hangar organization
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support the DOM and ADOM with projects related to the 145 Repair Station development, audits, and operational efficiency

Qualification

Required

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
Strong understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance tracking programs (CAMP, CASS), and documentation requirements
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and professionalism

Preferred

Part 135 or 145 preferred
Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience on Learjet and Challenger series aircraft preferred
