Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to online leads via phone, text, email, and video
Create personalized video walkarounds to engage customers and build trust
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Schedule appointments and follow up consistently with potential buyers
Accurately log and track all customer activity in our CRM system

Scheduling appointments and following up consistently with potential buyers
Accurate logging and tracking of all customer activity in the CRM system
Comfortable using technology, including video, texting, and email

Highly organized with excellent follow-up abilities
Positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Driven, motivated, and eager to succeed

Preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Sales experience is a plus but not required
