This newly created position will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making across the organization while modernizing reporting processes and implementing BI tools.

Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple sites and business units
Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership, including variance analysis and trend insights
Partner with business development and sales teams to support pricing, tooling economics, program financials, and customer profitability analysis
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
Support month-end processes from an FP&A perspective, including consolidations and management reporting (not close ownership)
Help design, automate, and improve reporting processes, dashboards, and workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience within manufacturing environment(s)
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and management reporting
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills
Preferred
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Exposure to ERP systems and financial planning tools (IQMS or similar a plus)
