OutBound Ad Sales Account Executive
EyeCatch Media operates a network of premium digital billboards located in convenience stores, enabling brands to connect with consumers at the critical point of purchase. They are seeking a highly motivated Ad Sales Account Executive to develop and grow new business, build relationships, and drive revenue through innovative advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business within the Miami Dade market
Prospect, cold call, and network to build a strong pipeline of client
Present creative advertising solutions to local and regional businesses
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Track all sales activity and client interactions through our CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and campaign delivery
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in local advertising sales (required), with a background in Out-of-Home (OOH), local radio, local print, or local television preferred
A strong, active portfolio of local advertisers
Fully bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to clients
Must be based in Miami and available for daily in-person meetings
