Qualification
Required
Experience or familiarity with Loan Officers and the Mortgage Industry
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build positive client relationships
Knowledge of Underwriting processes and procedures
Excellent Communication, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with loan processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Prior experience in the lending or financial industry is a plus
Additional education or certifications in finance or related fields preferred
