Responsibilities
Receive majority of incoming calls and direct to appropriate person or department
Compiles, copies, sorts, scans and files claims related documents
Complete all check requests and monthly invoices
Take initial reports
Maintain data base including updating records and running reports
Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
Special projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Word, Excel, computer operations
Ability to follow directions
Ability to meet deadlines
Careful attention to detail
Associate Degree in Administrative Assistance - Secretarial or equivalent experience
