Lead Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) development and evaluation
Negotiate complex, high-value IT contracts with vendors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT service owners, and contract managers
Conduct market research and data analysis to inform IT sourcing strategy
Support continual process improvement and automation in procurement processes
Qualification
Required
Senior-level IT procurement experience (10+ years)
Proven experience executing RFPs and developing contracts
Strong analytical and negotiation skills for complex contracts
Ability to interpret procurement law and policies
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, compliance, legal, or related field (or equivalent experience)
